- Children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult.
- All public areas in Butchart Gardens are wheelchair accessible with the exception of a viewpoint area within the Sunken Garden known as “The Mound.”
- Folding wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are allowed on tour. Accessible buses are subject to availability.

- Drop-off at Vancouver International Airport is available after the completion of the tour.
- Duration of tours may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance and size of the group.
